- Meet your CityCard — your digital identity for the city, built into every CityVisionGo account.
- Personalize it with a photo, display name, professional title, company, and links (Instagram, website, email). In your Identity settings, choose exactly what stays public, what's shown only to connections, and what stays private.
- Meet someone in real life? Open your CityCard, tap Share, and they scan your QR — or you scan theirs. You're instantly connected in the app, with each other's chosen contact details already shared.
- At the door of a live experience, your CityCard is your ticket. Pull up the same QR on your phone — the host opens their Check-in Scanner in the Organizer app, points at your CityCard, and you're checked in instantly on the guest list.

Create Your First Experience
Walk through the New Experience wizard — cover, date, location, tickets, promo codes, then preview, publish, and share your custom link.

- Let's create your first experience. Start to publish, in about five minutes.
- Open your Host Studio and tap New Experience. Add your cover art, title, date & time, and location — the four fields every experience needs.
- Set your tickets — free, paid, or tiered. Add capacity per tier, promo codes (with optional auto-apply), and your refund rules — all in the Pricing, tax & promo codes panel.
- Preview your event page, publish it, then share your custom link (cityvisiongo.live/exp/your-slug). Guests register, tickets go out automatically, and your live guest list updates as they RSVP.
- That's it — your first experience is live. Head to cityvisiongo.live/organizer to open your Host Studio.

Connect Payouts
Link Stripe to accept ticket payments and receive payouts directly to your bank. Free events don't need this.

- Let's connect payouts. Every ticket you sell lands straight in your bank.
- Free events don't need this — but the moment you sell paid tickets, you'll connect Stripe. Payouts run on Stripe, so your money moves securely and stays yours to control.
- In Host Studio, open Admin, then Billing. Tap Connect Stripe and finish the short onboarding — business info, bank details, and ID verification.
- When Charges and Payouts both show Ready, you're live. Every sale lands in your Stripe balance and pays out on your schedule.
- That's it — you're ready to sell. Head to cityvisiongo.live/organizer/admin/billing to connect Stripe.

- In Host Studio → Event App, drop in your schedule and set times, add venue maps and wayfinding, push live updates and announcements to every guest at once, and feature your sponsors with logos, links, and trackable placements. Everything guests need is one tap away.
- Guests connect in-app through their CityCard — the same digital identity they use across CityVisionGo. They can browse who's here, tap Connect, and follow up before, during, and after the event.
